A2Z & CLC

Hey, Hey!  Hope you are excited for today's collaboration hop with A2Z Scrapbooking and Coffee Loving Cardmakers

You should have arrived here from Laurel Seabrook's blog!

Here is my card for today:

Let me start by saying that when I spied the Caffeine Fix Hero Arts digital set, I knew that was my choice.  I love this sentiment!  I mean... it really says it all...  So I used that sentiment with this nice cup and I was inspired to make a masculine cared.  I used multiple layers of black, white and then the DP from Jen Hadfield Warm and Cozy Paper pad.  I cut that with an Avery Elle Wonky Stitches Die. Aside from the bling, this is a pretty masculine card, which is a fun change of pace for me.

I am the last stop on the hop, so if you haven't already, head back to A2z and enter the rafflecopter for a chance to win some prizes!  There are two- a Hug in a Mug digital set and Winner's choice digital set.   Commenting will close on April 5 at 11:55 pm and winners will be announced on April 7th!

Thanks for your visit!

Cruisin'

Cruisin' by to say hello with this fun card!

Love, love this fun image from Avery Elle.  The cute critters are are just too fun for words. Coloring with Copics is always my favorite part. You can see that I added a couple of Gina Marie dies around the outside.  It adds a little extra excitement to the plain white background.

I think this will be one more Entry for Seize the Birthday!

Keeping it brief today.  Thanks for your visit.

Lawn Fawn Duo

Hi There!  I have a fun and quick Lawn Fawn Duo to share with you today featuring the Lawn Fawn Fintastic Friends.

Both of these are easy cutie pie cards that feature the stamps colored with Copics and some Gina Marie Dies.

I love the colors, the simple layouts, the rustic feel of the sentiments with the Distress Oxide inks and the bling on the second one. They are just sweet and make me happy.

Spring Sale

What is your fave sign of spring?  I love cherry and apple blossoms, they are so pretty!  I made this card with those in mind.

Created this using one of the CC Colorista Aqua sets.  I embossed them gold and colored them using the Aqua Blend Pencils from the Vivid and Earth Collections.  I added the sentiment using the Die'sire Words of Endearment #2 dies set.

Speaking of spring, don't forget to check out the spring sale over at the Crafter's Companion site.

Surprise!

Hi!  Just a quick post today to share a super fun and sweet birthday card.

This fun card features a Craftin Dessert Diva's darling Yeti to Party stamp set.  He is peaking out of the Neat & Tangled Box.  I put some fun orange felt in there for texture. The DP is from Stampin' Up! and the sentiment is a word die from MFT.

Spring Fun!

Happy Almost Friday!  I was in Oregon a few weekends ago and I was able to hit the Craft Warehouse.  They were having a sale on Lawn Fawn products and I snapped up this sweet little stamp set and the Scalloped box pop up die.  I couldn't wait to use them and here is my first project:

Squee!  Isn't it so cute!?!  I love these little characters!  I doubled lined my box so it was white on the inside and had patterned paper on the outside.  Most of the paper is from Doodlebug Designs.  I used the LF Grassy Border to help create the scene.  I enjoyed hiding the jelly beans among the grass.  They were all fun to color, but mostly the little flower girl complete with her purple hair. I asked my mother to chose the colors and she chose a pink and purple Gerber Daisy.

Don't you love all these sweet friends.  You can also see the outside with the rainbow paper.

Below you can see the tulips in the back ground a close up of the sweet girl.

I had so much fun making this, I think more of these box cards and Easter cards will be in store.

Going Bold

Hello there friends!  Today I woke up feeling bold and brave.  I've decided ready to start a new adventure!  I am searching for a new job (I really hope my boss doesn't read this) and I hope that positive vibe gets me through the ups and downs of that journey.   In that light, I thought I would share this bold card with you...

This card features a white background with some black and white striped DP from Heidi Swapp cut at an angle over the top.  The sentiment is cut in shiny gold paper (unfortunately, I can't find the packaging for the die and can't recall who makes it).  he blooms are from Crafter's Companion and colored with my Copics. The water droplets are the finishing touch.

Entering this into: Time Out Challenges

I appreciate your visit and hope you will wish me luck in my adventure. :)
